Is it a valid document? Why can't they generate computer generated signature?

It is valid. A computer generated signature would still not be a signature and a disclaimer would still be necessary.

1 should must sign every letter. Letter may be hand written, typed or computer generated. A lot of affidfavits are computer generated. It is necessary to execute affidavit. A lot of demand drafts are issued by computer. These are always signeeby officer of bank.
Use of hands is necessary. I am using my hands for this computer generated answer.
