What was this episode of Seinfeld?!?

Question

What episode of Seinfeld was it, when at the end, Elaine is walking down a dark/rainy street and all of a sudden comes up with an idea for the Peterman catalog?! Something like "it's hard to keep your feet dry", or something about some type of shoes?! I don't know, but at the end she says the line super enthusastically?! I want to know either the title, the exact line she says, or what the whole episode is about so I can look up the script!

And it's NOT the same one where that eddie sherman guy (who works with elaine at the Peterman catalog) is like "It's tough keeping your feet dry when you're kicking in a
skull."

Elaine and Eddie Sherman are alone in the office working on writing copy.

Eddie: Hey, I think I got something here. The Bengalese Galoshes.

Elaine: Oh.

Eddie (reading): It's tough keeping your feet dry when you're kicking in a
skull.

Elaine: You know, Eddie, that might be just a tad harsh for womenswear.

Eddie: Well, I'm not married to it.

Elaine. Oh. Well, um, in that case why don't we take the phrase, "kicking in a
skull" and we tweak it, you know, just a hair, to something like, what, like
"strolling through a dewy meadow"?

Eddie: Dewy meadow.

The Himalayan Walking Shoe. Elaine finally comes up with her description while searching for Jean Paul Jean Paul: something to the effect of "I've been down this street a hundred times. The faces...so cold. Somewhere in the distance a child cries...a ******* child perhaps. My whole body is aching. My back is killing me. My legs hurt. My feet...a surprisingly comfortable. Thank God I took off my heels and put on my Himilayan walking shoes."

I like the Seinfeld Episode when Jerry's new Girlfriend had put his Toilet Brush in the toilet and she made him miserable about it and in the end, her toilet in her bathroom broke and then Jerry left her. I liked that episode because to me, I liked that one. It was really funny though.
