Back when I was in the Navy, I could sleep anywhere-partly out of necessity, but mostly because I was so tired.
Nowadays though, I have trouble sleeping anywhere but our bed. Even when we go camping, I have a hard time sleeping the first night, even though it's so quiet & peaceful.

I can sleep in just about any "normal" bed situation, ( i.e. a friend's house, a hotel while on vacation, etc.). But I have seen numerous students asleep in the library, that I would have to be on the verge of collapse before I could sleep in a public place.
No matter where it is though it has too be really quiet ( my boyfriend can sleep with the tv on full volume-lights on) and dark.

The only place I sleep really well is in my own bed. I can't sleep sitting up either so those long plane rides are a killer. Hotel rooms are just as bad, every noise wakes me up and then I don't know where I am. I hate it and the older I get the worse I get.

I can sleep on the floor of a strangers house if the need arises! I'm talented like that! Hey...does anyone know where I can get a job sleeping? That would ROCK! I might even get overtime! lol

Absolutely not. I always have trouble sleeping if I'm not in my own bed in my own home.

yes, i can go to sleep anywhere. one time i fell asleep with my chin on my chest. when i woke up 30 minuets later, it hurt to move my head. never do that again. and I can fall asleep on a couch, any kind of chair, and my bed.

I'm pretty good at falling asleep on the train or at a desk ;P

but, strangely, at someone else's place, it can be hard. perhaps due to other factors.
