Plug DSL Modem into power and turn it on.
Plug phone line from wall into modem.

Wait 1 min and look at the lights on the front of the modem. Which ones are on and which ones are off?

Dont connect anything else until all the lights on the modem are on with the exception of the LAN light.

If you dont get the other lights then you will need to call your DSL ISP company and they will run a test to see if they see your modem connected to thier network.....

We need a lot more detailed info here before we can help.

Some basic questions: Did you install all the filters on your phones?
Did you make sure you DID NOT put a filter on the line that connects to your DSL modem?
Disable your dial up as the default connection?

You need to check to see if your DSL light or your Ready light is blinking, your internet might not work, also some dsl modems have an "internet" light. Your best bet is to call your internet service provider. They are trained to walk you though fixing the problem. Also it miht be a problem with THERE system.

When i have problems on my Internet Connection, I just go to Control Panel then Network and Internet Connections, then choose the Network Connection. A new window appear with your available connections. Right-click on the connection available and choose Repair if you are having a Dynamic IP address, wait for a message to appear concerning the completed instructions.

You may need to add filters to all other phone connections.
Not doing this will prevent your DSL from working

I hate to break this to you, but if you did set it up correctly then it would be working, so obviously you actually didn't set it up correctly. Unplug everything and start from step one again.
