my eyebrows sorta have shape already but there are stray hairs that make my eyebrows look bushy. i dont like that. and if i did anything to them my mom would notice. how do i ask her and convince her? and btw im 13 years old

Ask her if you can have a professional wax or tweeze your brows to make them less bushy - nothing drastic. And then assure her you just want to maintain the look at home with minimal tweezing.
Be clear about what your concern is (i.e. you are self conscious about the bushiness, it's not peer pressure, you don't want to make any drastic changes, etc.). Then ask her if she'll take you. You two could make it part of a girls' day out.

Okay. You need to convince your mom to let you get your brows waxed. Your'e going to have to make a trip to the store (party city..costume store..etc). While your'e there, youre gunna ask where you can find some facial hair. You pick out the one that matches you and cut it out to the shape of an over-hairy eyebrow and paste that sucka right on ya face. Then you tell your mom that you need a waxing. When she lets u go, u take off those suckas and get the job done!

If you do it yourself you can use an ice cube to sort of numb the area otherwise there will always be some kind of pain.
Look into getting your eyesbrows "threaded" not waxed. Waxing is bad for your skin, all of that yanking.
BTW, please don't post how old you are for obvious safety reasons.

i dont see why your mom doesnt let you do it.that makes no sense but look at it this way if you cant get her to let you just pluck them yourself if you know how to do it right then you might get in trouble but the hairs will be gone and you wont have to walk around worried about it anymore.i mean she cant put them back on right.lol

i really hate going against what your mom said, but sometimes, you just gotta do it yourself. Why not pluck the hair? My mom didnt want me to shave my legs, but I did it anyways, she got upset, but I had too! my legs were hairy black!
