It's the "morality" of thinking one group of people is somehow superior to another due to external appearances. Like another poster wrote above, it's really no morality at all.
I'm curious though why you chose to only include "racism between white north americans and african americans." Racism is racism, and is practiced by ALL races. To think that only people of a certain race can be racist, is itself a racist argument. People like Al Sharpton or Louis Farrakhan, for example, are extremely racist. They can't even imagine living in a colorblind world where people are, in MLK's words, judged only by the content of their character. Instead they play the race card whenever they think it will benefit them, and spread stereotypes of all whites being racist.
To a white who actually IS a racist, blacks are viewed & treated as an inferior race. Such a stereotype is demeaning to blacks and clearly racist. But when a black views all whites as being racist, being labeled a racist just because you're white is just as demeaning to all whites who abhor racism, and is just as racist a belief. Racism is clearly a mark of an inferior person, so being called a racist (or being presumed to be one) is the same as being called inferior, just as a white racist does to blacks.
Now, can't we all just get along???

In all honesty, how can one even put
'racism' in the same sentence as 'morality'-
the is no place for racism when morality is involved.
Morality does not allow for racism to occur-
that is the most logical explanation you will get.

A priori is from epistomology--the philosophy of ways all of us understand what all of us understand. some issues come from journey, yet a priori expertise is already a longtime fact or proposition devoid of investigating it. Kant believed all of us understand morality a priori--all of us understand top from incorrect, via distinctive function of our humanness, or in different words, all of us understand organic regulation, that that's in the soul from the commencing up, a God given tool or handbook to action.

We are all humans--we get cut--we bleed. racism is an acquired thing but who and why is not known,...it is a matter of being treated as you would want to be treated...isn't that simple??
