Doesn't seem to be any pitfalls, so start with the ln(1001). Calculators can provide that result (about 6.9). 11x=11000. The numerator is about 21400. The denominator 1000. So the evaluation is 21.4 or so.

= 11 + 500/1000lnIx+1I + 7000/1000
=11+ 1/2 ln Ix+1I + 7
=18 + 1/2 ln Ix+1I
=18 + ln ( sqrt (x+1) )

Are you trying to integrate or derive that expression?

If not, just plug in x=1000 and evaluate the resulting expression with a calculator.
