How about GRACIA for a girl? It means grace (both blessing and poise).

I won't tell what they are, but I chose my kids names to be different then everyone elses. They are words that are not common, and not used as names. (an example would be like mage, or thyme) They are common enough that people can spell them, but nobody else has the same name.

I doubt you'll find something these days that is original and not tacky. Why not a place name that means something to you? That could be original in a sense... (if you do that, don't do a Madonna and make everyone pronouce it wrong "Lourdes" is not pronouced "Lordess")
