u just have to think about the health risks involved & decide if it`s right for u...i personally find it relaxing & luv having a year-round tan...of course, i am not stupid, i know the problems that could arise from it, but i choose to lay in the tanning bed anyway...so, i`m not saying u should or shouldn`t, that`s for u to decide...

First off, how old are you? My experience is. Don't use the self-tanner lotions and sprays they just make you look orange. I would tan right before prom when I was in high school or if an event was coming up that I needed to show a little skin for I would tan a couple of weeks prior to the event. Tanning is not good medically they say because of skin cancer although I feel if you want to look nice. Go for it.

Go see a reputable tanning salon and maybe just get a base tan. Start out for just 4 mins with a beginner lotion and work your way up without burning. Stay well moisturized and moderation is best. You can also use Commondynes Tanning Wipes that are sold at QVC.com. They give you a nice glow and really looks natural. Just remember to wash your palms with a makeup remover pad like Pond's with out having to wipe the color off the top of your hands. Have fun and Peace!!!!!!!!!

I wouldnt recommend it.....
Sunless tanning would be better.
If you do decide to tan, SKIP THE TANNING BED.
unless you want to look like a leather handbag at 50.

If you want to, go for it. I personally prefer to embrace my paleness, but it's a personal choice.
If you do decide to tan, though, go with spray-on. I know, you won't get skin cancer from one session outside, but most of the radiation damage your skin receives happens before you're eighteen. So put on sunblock - even if it's cloudy out.

No, No and NOOOOOO!!! Stay out of the sun. A great alternative are the sunless tanners. The best that I have found is the Jergen's Natural Glow which is actually a moisturizer with a touch of tanner that builds over a few days (when you use it every day). This allows you to control the amount of colour and ther's much less chance of screwing it up. which lets face it, with sunless tanners it's easy to do. Jergens offers three different types for different skin colours and also one for the face. Terrific product. Hope that helps!!!

Only if you don't mind having old, wrinkly skin (that's what happens when you let the sun tan your skin) It gets wrinkly and leathery and it's ugly to look at not to mention you'll look old.

Tanning beds/salons make you look orange and silly. Ask J'lo...o_O

NO! I tanned and got melanoma. It's scary and not worth it.
Do recommend mystic instead. More expensive but safer.

Do you want to prematurely age your skin and get wrinkles long before anyone else? If you don't mind that, go ahead. Just be aware of the consequences.
