I think it is braver to accept the basic risks from terrorism to protect our Constitution. The Conservatives are afraid take the responsibility of protecting themselves and are content to give up freedoms and let "big brother" take care of them. We can fight an outside force only if we are free. I think it is a matter of character to protect our wilderness (I suppose wandering the wilderness is a sissy thing in your mind) and make our air and water clean for our children. I am not gay or anything like what Conservatives portray Liberals, I just cannot abide even a sense that I (or my children) cannot do or say whatever I want
