To solve, multiply eqtn by 1 to get
6x - 9y =15
This is inconsistent with equation 2, since we have two sets of equal terms, but not a third. The only way to get a "logical" solution is if x=0. In that case, we have 2 equations of -9y = 15, so there equations are dependent.
