take a piece of wood like a 2/4 and cut it to like 3 feet long or what ever is comfortable with you and just swing it from underneath the sign and just hit it from the bottom, like swing the board like you would doing a grannyshot in basketball

Stop stealing signs, not worth it if you get caught. Go look at the flea market or swap meet and buy them.....
