probably for the same reason we tolerate nazis wrapping themselves in the American flag.

I missed the memo that stated Canada was a third world country. I guess I as distracted by my affordable education, clean water paved roads, health care and many of the other luxuries afforded to me by my country.
Moving to another country does not make one a traitor. If that were the case America would have been founded and predominantly populated by traitors of some degree. Being oppressed or even merely "tolerated" is no way to live. America was founded by people running from persecution. By attempting to being back that backward mentality and persecute others who don't have the same ideology as you is incredibly un-American and makes you sir, the traitor.

Canada's a desolate poverty stricken country?
lol. you are such an idiot.
Especially since they just elected a CONSERVATIVE Prime Minister recently. I'd would have thought you would be cheering Canada now.
I don't think most of them really hate America, just the way our government acts.

"Why does the USA tolerate "American" liberals (more like traitors) to establish residency in Canada?"
I'm assuming that most of these folks are the same people who American conservatives kept telling to "get out". So they did and now the cons are complaining that they did.
Cons just like to complain.

I heard Yella Belly Cheney has some deals up in Canada that can GUARANTEE no consequences for running out on your duty.
Hey Cheney, you draft-dodging loser!
You want to keep avoiding the real issue?
Why should ANYONE respect YOU??

Tolerate it, hell....we recommend it.
I would like to see a bill in Congress giving them free passage to any country they deem to be better than America anywhere in the world - one way, of course.
