Today I went back and veiwed a few of the questions from last night. On a few questions, I noticed everyone except for one person had thumbs down.
After a brief review of her other questions she has answered, it is obvious she gives EVERBODY thumbs down on the questions she answers.
Again, should I care about this?
How many thumbs down does it take to get a violation?

You have every right the same as everybody else on here...If you have proof to send to Yahoo then send it. Whenever I see that the thumb down bandits have been on a question I read on down the answers to find out why...then, if I like the answers I void out the thumbs down by giving them thumbs up!!!!
She is game playing and is hoping for best answer and a thumbs up on a best answer gets you one more point!

You don't get a violation by thumbs down. I don't pick best answers based on how people rate the answers, so she wouldn't get the 10 points off of me anyway. But, yea, that is kinda cheating. If the question goes into a vote, she gets it.

she probably does that so it makes her question look like the only one decent enough not to get a thumbs down. its good that you noticed it, atleast you wont be fooled into thinking that hers was the only good answer.

no. thumbs down don't generate violations. some people can think of nothing original to do, can't give decent Q&A, so that's what they do to entertain themselves.
let it go!
