It makes no difference where you go to law school. If your law school is ABA accredited, you can take the Florida bar exam.
What do you mean, take the bar again? If you do not intend to practice law in Iowa, why would you take the bar there to begin with?
I went to law school in Nevada, and moved to Florida immediately following graduation, took the Florida bar, and am a practicing attorney in Fort Lauderdale.
If you know you are moving to Florida to practice, you should contact the Florida Board of Bar Examiners immediately! The fees are much lower if you apply in your first year of law school. Unfortunately, I didn't decide to move until my final year, so I paid full price.
Also, from what I am told here in Florida, the local law schools don't teach Florida law, so you will be no worse off than any of the students from Florida law schools.

You just have to take Florida's bar exam..you may never have to take Iowa's bar unless you want to take it or want to practice there also.

In terms of laws...generally law schools teach multistate generic law in order to teach just the gernal theories of law...not necessarily the law itself. You will take a bar review class after graduation...it will be expensive but believe me 99.9% of bar candidates take them...this will prepare you for the Florida bar....don't put too much worry into it now...you have your hands full getting through the first year...but after that contact your school's registrar or career services office as to what you need to do to apply for Florida's bar...you usually don't need to do it until your third year.

At worse, you will have to take the Florida Bar Exam and pass it to practice law there. Your academic advisor can help you find out what will be required.
