First off theres no such thing as a V4, it's an inline 4 or flat 4.
And I cant think of a 4wd car, subaru makes AWD cars but for 4wd you need to move over to an SUV or truck.

I have never heard of a V4, you get inline 4's and horizontally opposed 4's.
Landrovers (as used by the Royal British Army)
Jeeps
pretty much every other reasonably sized 4x4 on the planet.

you have the Suzuki side kick or the Geo tracker, that is all that comes to mind aside from the H 4 powered Subaru, but why limit yourself to a 4 popper(low compression) at least stick with a v6 just for smooth power.

honda cr-v, nissan x-trail, ford escape, mazda tribute, toyota fortuner, mitsubishi lancer evolution, =) these are not V4's however most are inline 4
