I make aboput 10k a month pre tax..... I have one child. I have not talked to a lawyer yet I'm just looking for a ball park figure. Thanks.

All state pages should have links for child support calculators. It should be anywhere from 15-20% of gross depending on state. The custodial parents income only comes into play with shared placement.

Child Support deductions can be up to 60% of your disposable wages (wages after non-voluntary deductions-taxes) if you do not have a 2nd family to support and are not in arrears more than 12 weeks otherwise 65%. If you have a 2nd family then 50% or 55%.

depends on what state your in but figure at least 20% of your pre tax income, more if the child is special needs in some way just remember to pay because it is your flesh and blood.

I dont know what state your in but in Texas its 20 percent of your net income--Every state has its different rules!!

depends on what the mother makes, and if she is working has child care costs. If she does you can estimate $250.00 a week or more.
