whilst the harassment turns into sexual, that's sexual harassment. Touching, innuendo, gestures, puppy names, seems, etc... you are able to fairly tell whilst somebody is putting off a violent vibe as against a sexual vibe, or whilst they are putting out the two.

yes. They cant get any work done because they are always trying to cop a feel on themselves or seduce themselves into bed.
