B. But the harm in being open and honest about it for me personally is that the number has been so FEW!

if it's someone you don't know well and they're being intrusive and nosy, i find that really irritating.....and none of their business. otherwise there's no harm with being open and honest with close fiends or potential partner.
and despite the fact that the 'phobes think we're all a bunch of nymphos and sex friends....I've met more straight people a LOT freakier. a lot of us prefer monogamous, committed relationships. I can proudly say my answer to the question would be TWO!

B. There is no harm in telling ! I am not ashamed of the lovers I have had or the flings . Everyone has a past and some have more of a past than others , If someone wants to know how many lovers you have had then there is no harm in telling the truth . If they don't want to know they shouldn't ask .

C. It almost is a toss up between B&C, but the question coming from someone other than a friend WOULD make me feel uncomfortable! D is out of the question because I have a partner.

I couldn't choose any one of the above as I would be ashamed to tell anyone the number of people. I was admittedly more than a little wild as a teenager. I have since grown up and realise how stupid I was. My partner of 9 years knows and thats it.

I'd pick B, or none of the above because it'd depend on the person I'm talking to. If they're going to freak out at the answer, then they're not mature enough to get it.

B. I can count them on one hand and still have a thumb. I think thats pretty good, you see, not having any gay role models to speak of growing up I decided long ago I could either do this thing the right way or die young. I decided on the right way. It's the way I'm put together. Thank you for your question.

I dont think I could give an honest answer. Not that I wouldn't want to, but, I have no idea. It's not something I ever was interested in keeping track of.
I was not in a competition.

B. There's no harm in being open and honest. I've only ever slept with one person so I've got no qualms about it.
