I have upgraded and install a new driver and it still freezes everytime I use it. Can anyone out the help me? Thank you in advance. And please only legit answers. Thanks.

you might need more RAM because videos require more RAM than normal tasks require

I would say RAM as mentioned. Many times if you not have a lot it may cause things to freeze. What you can try; Ctrl + Alt + Del and use Task Manager to close some programs you familiar with that you not using and see if it help.
Another thing you may try; If, you running a Virus Program see if there a icon it the bottom right. Right click it and see if you can Deactivate it and see if the Cam work. If, it does you may try deleting that Virus Program and try a different one.

Please do the followings, one after the order. They are in order of effectiveness

1. Increase your PC memory
2. Uninstall and reinstall the soft ware ensuring that you follow the installation procedure. e.g. you may not have to plug in the cam before installation. Please note that removing the software and then re-installing is more effective than simply reinstalling as some irrelevant files will still reside when you simply reinstall
3. Avoid having many shortcuts and folders on your desktop and also running many programmes simultaneously

Try updating the driver for it. Go to Logitech's website and see if there is a newer version of the driver and software for your model.
