A lot of great answers here. A lot of who I would also pick. Rosie, Tom Cruise, Michael Jackson, (in more ways than one.) I'm talking personalities mostly. Except Michael Jackassson. He is living proof that actors and some entertainers make way too much money.

I think that Michael Jackson has got to be it, and here is my opinion on what makes ugly... anyone that thinks they need to distort their physical appearance so much that they are unrecognizable from who they really are. Examples are plastic surgery, eating disorders and addictions. The second two examples can be addressed with proper medical attention and therapy. But what can you do when you end up with a face that doesn't even look human (like Michael's)?
