Below is a link to a good summary from the University of Virginia. Harding did everything from gambling the White House china away in a card game, to surrounding himself with corrupt people who were sentenced to jail. As if that weren't enough, he had affairs, was blackmailed about them, and passed tax cuts for the very rich, while opposing workers. While a senator, he also missed more sessions than he attended.
