I live in Pa and my husband of 3 years just picked up and left us (his 2 kids and 1 baby due in nov) If I file for a divorse and get a layer, can he be the one finacially responcible for it b/c its an at fault divorse. He was the only one in the marriage to ever provide income, except 2 years ago when I had a weekend job, just for fun. He has always been the "bread winner" of the relationship, but now that he has done this (he left with another woman) I feel I need a layer, but have no finacial ability to get one, how do I hire a layer that he would be responcible for?

It is entirely up to the judge. Some will make the husband pay and some don't. With the no fault divorce laws it is usual for a judge to make this ruling. I have heard of cases where the wife was a stay at home Mother and they did. I think they take it by cases. I had a friend to ask and he gave her half of her lawyer fees.

YES! Take him for lawyers costs, alimony, child support and the house. You can find a lawyer that won't demand a high retainer. Also, a lawyer can go to court and get you immediate financial support from your husband. I would do this ASAP.
