Is this a fairly new tank? This sounds like it may be a bacterial bloom and fish die off due to an ammonia problem. A large water change would help the problem very short term, but only time for the bacterial levels to properly establish themselves in the tank will solve it long term. If this is not the case and your tank has been running for quite some time, we'll need more details on your tank to really help much. Here's a link about cycling a tank in case you need the info.

That is called ick. It will kill all the fish if you don't get them out. There is medicine you can get at the pet store.

okay sounds like you gotta pick it up, carry it to the bathroom and flush the organic contents. it may help to strain out any gravel and plants so as to avoid a large plumbing bill.

50% Water change asap, clean your filter, and get a pleco or 2.

thats a fungus infection you got there. treat with either ich medication or fungus away. two great products.
