If you have not studied this subject and become well versed in the negatives then i suggest you don't take any prompting or advice from anyone here. opening the gateways to the other side can be both dangerous and life threatening. The only spirits that seek to speak to you are those who are evil. Yes they may start out nice but they will feed you miss information and in some cases try to posses you as they crave to return to this world above all else. Don't mess with things you don't understand.
