Racism exist all over the world in all different forms. there is no country with more different nationalities then in the united states. I would like to see any nation or country have a more diverse group of people and cultures as the US and not have issues with racism. If any one nation is more tolerant it is the United states. Its not perfect but its doing its best and will only get better.

Good question.... I once worked for a shop that was mostly Hispanic. I know Spanish and got along with everyone just fine. I was shocked to hear that my Mexican friends disliked Cubans and Porto Ricans. The folks from South America felt superior to Mexicans.
It was at this place that I learned that Racism makes no sense and is a waste of energy.

Yes, of course racism occurs outside whites and blacks. There are also tensions between white and Hispanic, Jewish and Arab, Caucasian vs. Asian, light skinned black vs. dark skinned blacks, and the list continues. Racism is just a microcosm of hate of difference. Humans have a tendency to be biased against groups unlike their own, and these differences include language, ethnicity, religion, and socioeconomic status. It is just an inherited, almost tribal tendency for human beings to be critical and biased against groups not their own. Although the difference between Africans and Caucasians is very superficial, it is also a very conspicuous difference. Biologically, humans were not designed to live in urban centers with millions of diverse and foreign groups, and that is why these racial, or religious or ethnic conflicts occur. Tens of thousands of years ago, living in nomadic bands of 10-15 people with very sparse resources, it most likely was beneficial to behave in such a scrutinizing manner, for not every group of peoples could survive on these lack of resources, and therefore there was most always conflict to decide who would attain these resources. As much as we realize that these conflicts are detrimental to the whole of human beings, at the same time it is very difficult to stray away from these natural tendencies. It is engrained in our behavior and instincts

Racism exists everywhere. Japanese don't like Chinese. Arabs and Jews don't like each other. Germans don't like Pollocks. Italians think they are superior because the are the decendents of the Romans, and Greeks hate Romans. In Afirca, many black tribes hate other black tribes. Are these not all different races, cultures, ethnicities? To answer the questions, there is always somebody who hates somebody else for any number of reasons.

no. racism has no bounds the reason it is usually aimed at black and whites is because of the slave trade. Though, when the 7/7 bombings happened allot of Indians, pakistans, sri lankans and other middle eastern people were called racist names due to the fact that the rest or society thought that they knew who bombed the trains etc etc.

Of course, but the history between whites and blacks in America makes the race relations between these two groups such a hot topic.
