Im 13, an I need a good idea for a movie, possibly like the clique series, or a horse movie. but Ive come to a blank, and need Ideas. :D hehe I love filming.

Well why don't you try this.
imagine a group of say 7 horses all standing together talking about the day ahead.
It's race time: The Kentucky derby is nearly upon them.
some are psyched while others know there's not a chance in a thousand that they will.
but either way the excitement in the air seems to be electrifying making most on edge, while a calm few bask in past moments of greatness.
Then you can either showcase a few horses lives individually: say those who have won or lost or came close to winning the K. D.
Then climax it all together with the race.
And end with another group or the same 7 horses huddled together talking about the great race and then next years hopes and dreams...
Fade away to sunset.

You'll probably have to use your imagination a bit, hope that that is not too much of an issue, filming and making make believe characters match there counterparts.

Embrace your horsey love. Most people are very jealous that others are able to interact with horses because they can't or they are afraid too. You love horses, let the kids talk all they want, you have something that brings you happiness, and hey it's a positive interest, unlike most things kids your age are into at this point. You'll learn in life that there are mean people who will try to say things to hurt you. It's pretty much their purpose in life to complete buttholes. And you're not ugly or weird. You are you. You are different and that's great. You don't want to be like everybody else in this world, if everyone was like that, we'd live in a pretty boring world don't you think? The heck with them. As for your problems with the adults, you need to get your parents involved. Most adults in school won't do anything unless the parents get involved because that's when they know it's serious. Have your mother or father go to school with you and sit with the principle and discuss what is going. Bullying is something that is taken much more serious this day and age due to young children killing themselves over bullies. If no one listens then, press charges. I don't tolerate bullying and neither should you. I know how you feel, but trust me it's get better as you get older, you are able to separate yourself from immature people more. Good luck and keep your chin up.
