I've seen on different websites something about Andy and Helen getting married. Is this anywhere on DVD? I think it's almost a separate series but I'm very interested in it. Is there anywhere I can find it?

After Barney left -- the show went down hill -- so I did not watch it anymore. If Andy and Helen finally got married after dating for what seems like a 100 years they should be very compatible

Yes! In the reunion show of Return to Mayberry, Andy is retired, but Barney is the sheriff. Andy and Helen move out of town, but come back for a visit. In this made for TV movie, Thelma Lou is married to Barney, Gomer and Goober buy out the fillin' station and Otis, the once "town drunk", is the new ice cream man. Opie also comes back and is grown with his own family, I believe.
It was a sweet reunion, but hasn't been on for awhile. If you can find it, you will love it!!!
