You feel sad because you are in "Ministry" and out of perfect relationship with the Lord. "Ministry" got in my way and I forgot who the Lord was, and my joy was lost as my personal realtionship with Him suffered due to the business of ministry. Maybe you should retreat from ministry for a short season and focus on Him and your relationship with Him. Trust me, ministry is not relationship.
