I would think he's getting worn down. I wouldn't want to sit through the endless parade of goofballs he must endure, either.
Personally, I'd just run off with the big bags of money now and find something culturally meaningful to do.

I think this whole season is kind of out of the ordinary. Overall, I think that he hasn't completely lost his edge. I think we're just used to him and he's running out of "original" comments to say. haha
