My mother had six kids and raised us by herself. Well in order to support us she had to work from 4 in the morning to 10 at night. I remember seeing all my brothers and sister sitting around the table talking, joking, checking each other, and just being happy. I'm the baby girl of the family, so I remember watching my sisters putting on make-up, talking on the phone, and going out with their friends. I remember my older brother room smelling like toes and he and my little brother just in there doing what they doing. That all change because my older brother died in a car wreck at 17 yr. old. I hurt to think about all we use to do together when he got his first car. Now that we are all older all though we still hang out it's not the same especially with my younger brother. He is now the only male is a sea of girls.

Hello. One favorite memory I have is when I was a little boy. Mama bought me this big hardback book of Yogi and BooBoo. I used to love that book and would look at the pictures and enjoy it so much. My mom told me she got so tired of reading that book to me. I wish I could go back in time and get that book. Another favorite memory was how my mom would take me to the county fair, and she would pay the fare to go on the rides and play some games. I remember eating the wonderful cotton candy, the yummy french fries, and of course those tasty corn dogs. I've gone to festitvities where the county fair's been held for decades and remember mama taking me there. She's gone now, and I think about how she did these things. I usually miss her good cooking around the time of big holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving. She made real good mac-n-cheese, dressing, and her greens were always good. Lastly (I guess I'm thinking of food a lot here but....) I remember my very first slice of pizza I had in NYC! I'd went to NYC to see my brother graduate from the art school he went to, and the graduation was in Tribeca. We went by a place called Cafe Amore... boy was that pizza good! Wow! It was hot and so delicious. Thanks for the memories!

Spring Break last year. I went on a cruise to St. Maraaten, St. Thomas and the Bahams. I still remember it like yesterday. We met amazing people that we still keep in touch with today. Plus we took some crazy pictures and had a great bonding experience. We are going on another one together next summer for a graduation present. I can't wait!

I really don't have an absolute favorite... There are too many!
Once I Tricia had her heart transplant and later I got Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, I never took anything for granted. I've tried to make as many memories as possible. Co-workers tease me that I have enough fun for 4 people, but I never know when my days are going to end-- and for me, that will probably be sooner rather than later. I got alot of living to pack in!
Some random favorites though: high school history class with my best friends, high school prom, going to Palm Springs with Tricia, moving to the dorms at UC Riverside, meeting Todd, Disneyland through the years, my 3 childrens' births, going to Sea World with Eric (my 1st friend!) and Mary (now a federal judge!), going to Brazil with Mary and Eric, going to France and England with my grandparents, going to U2 concerts, being a German exchange student, buying my dogs and cats, working at Kohl's, working at Hallmark, working at the elementary school, seeing the light come on in the kids' eyes when they "get it", talking my girlfriend Terri into going on Tower of Terror, seeing the Pirates' movies, when my nephews were born, going to my family reunion in Mammoth every year, seeing the Space Shuttle...
Oh my gosh. I am breaking my rule of "short and sweet"...
Anyway-- you get the idea! :)

I remember when I was about 10 we got what seemed like 20 feet of snow. It was probably only 3 feet but I was only 4 feet tall myself. We had no school, so me and my brother and our friend went ice skating on this little pond. I couldn't then nor can I now ice skate. Needless to say I ended up on my butt a lot. We just had a really fun day and I remember all that snow!!!!! Making snow angels.....I loved being a kid.

My favourite memory is my wedding, saying my vows to my husband and hearing him say them too. Then there was a moment in time just after we had signed our marriage certificate and the marriage register where we had been presented to our guests and (we were outdoors in a rotunda) some of our relatives snuck up behind us and let loose loads of confetti, it was wonderful. Our special day really was special.
