And let's not forget "stop-loss," the under-the-table draft that keeps people enlisted BEYOND the time they signed on for.
This is dishonest and abusive. The executive branch does NOT support the troops. Support involves respect.

We do not need a draft. Most of those currently serving in Iraq have volunteered to go there not only to serve. Our military personal serve proudly and you would know that if you spent time with them. They were happy to be given a definitive time line of how long they would be there.
