I've been in plenty of accidents, but I've always been the passenger. I've been in two where fault laid in my drivers hands and four, that have been the other persons.

One just happend this xmas. It was funny we were going up a tight hill, and a car was coming down, we smashed into him, he got out of his car and started screaming and crying calling us maniacs, here is was one of the people that work at OUR insurance co. He told us we ruined his xmas. He got down on his knees and bawled like a little baby. The damage done, just a huge bender going from the driver side door to the back door. Everybody was ok. My fiance and I now have an inside joke about maniacs and ruining xmas.

Yes, I was sued by a professional, and I have to pay almost 13,000, I have to pay every month or they suspend my license and plates, I'm a little more than half way paid off. The girl who slammed on her brakes in front of me has sued at least 3 different people from 3 different accidents that I know of. The damage to her car and her rental while her car was in the shop came to less than 400 total. She claimed that the tap on the rear caused brain damage. There wasn't even a scratch on her car.

I've only been in one accident and it was my fault. I didn't see this van and pulled out and smacked in the side of it.

Thankfully, no accidents.......:)

I had one incident with a tree, but it was very gnarled and sticking out past the curb, so I believe the tree was at fault.

I learned a valuable lesson-- I'd always believed metal car beats tree wood, but now I know that trees hold their own very well. :)

I was only 15 and my future husband was teaching me how to drive his Corvette and I rear ended another car. No one was hurt but my hubby got a ticket for letting me drive.

do not sweat it. The French are infamous for not being group gamers. all of the different drivers have been for sure going the incorrect way. cellular telephone records? What cellular telephone? no person observed you with a cellular telephone. No concerns.
