Well the roads would be a complete wreak, public schools wound be crumbling (even more), less people would have any kind of health care, sanitation would be medieval....
But what the heck? More money to go shopping with.

Hello. Ah good question! Actually, I don't know what it would be like to earn a living without paying taxes. I think I could take an extra vacation with the money I'd get to keep in my wallet. There are just so many ways that we get taxed: Federal, state, city, sales tax, death tax, marriage tax, and we get taxed for things we buy second hand... even though it's been taxed already. Then if you get money back from taxes you've gotta pay taxes on that... my that's a vicious cycle. Gracious!

If I was the only person who didn't have to pay them tax it would be great but I like driving on nice roads and highways and having a good military and about a million other things.... but I know how you all feel, they do tax us way way way too much I live in NY I know how it is

You have to have some taxes, but they definitely cut back a lot of the spending. Which in turn would give us a much needed tax break. I could go on and on but wont LOL

full time college students under the age of, i think it used to be 23?, don't have to pay federal taxes. god, it was wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!! free pass for 4 years and then the coffee break is over.
you know we got to give uncle sam $$, but i support a flat tax. this current taxation without representation is just wrong.

If there was another way to fund our kids education, keep our roads maintained and pay the people that protect us, that would be great.

AWESOME! Cuz THEN, our congress, state govt. , president and everybody in government would be paid what a civil servant SHOULD be paid! And MAYBE, they would do their job and actually REPRESENT us. All of us.
NOT ONE Senator in my state represents MY view. But my state Representative does! hehe.. easy to guess which state, huh?

We wouldn't feel exploited as the slaves we really are!That is to me organized prostitution giving half of my salary to the Government.

I think that you wouldn't be able to drive that nice vehicle you just purchased with your larger paycheck...........the roads would be crap..........one big pothole. No tax money to repair them.
