Almost seems like a draw.
Spidey can’t get close enough to Uncle Darth w/o getting turned into fries, and Darth can slice away any webbing Spidey throws at him.
Spidey’s spider sense can enable him to dodge even blaster bolts.
BUT—Uncle Darth has telekinesis, courtesy of the Force, which P’tater Parker cannot sense, cannot see coming, and cannot resist, if he is lifted off the ground! He tries to throw a web line out to the nearest solid object, to keep from beig dragged closer to Tater, but then Tater uses TK to wrap Spidey up with his own webbing!
Can you say julienne fries…? I knew you could.

Spider-Spud. If Spiderman can defeat people who use telekinsis like Vader does, then Spider would win. With his webbing of cheese he'd web Darth-Spuds visor up so he couldn't see. Without the ability to see he would have to "Use the Force" to tell where the Spider-Spud was bouncing, and thats damn near impossible. Nothing can defeat Spidey-Spud when he's bouncing about like a hot potatoe!
