What are good sources to find out how chemistry is used to create lotions and cosmetics?

try contacting that department in whatever cometic company that suits you . i , personally , dont use but i like the cosmetic company that signed halle berry to promote and or endorse because that ***** is about as fine as a ***** can be and thats REAL TALK .

There are three magazines, "Chemical & Engineering News," "Chemical Week," and "Chemical Market Reporter," who have one issue per year about cosmetics and personal care products. Put those names and other keywords into Google and see if you can get the issues or articles.
