Not as bad as stopping for a beer, while smoking a Camel!

actually if u eat RIGHT after u exercise. thats the BEST time to do it. cause ur metabolism is still going strong from you exercising. BUT i really wouldnt go to McDonalds, but if u REALLY NEED ( ;) to go there then just get like a salad or sumthing. if u wanna get a burger, then just eat 1/2 of, and give the other half to someone else or throw it away. (FYI: get the SMALLEST burger u can get)!! lol....God Bless♥

i know how u feel. i just got back from walking, and im sittin' by the comp eatin' some chocalte. lol.....its HARD not to crave sumthin' but just like i said its better to eat RIGHT after exercizing. o yeah, and dont get fries. it just adds the calories.

heres a good tip/fact: it takes the human brain 20 minutes to figure out when the body is eating/full. SO, if u eat fast, u eat MORE than u would normally eat than if u were eating slower. so just eat slow, and u wont eat AS much. did that make ANY since? lol, i hope it did. good luck♥

Nope what's bad is stopping at McDonalds everyday and not even knowing where the gym is.

I do the same thing all the time! I prefer Taco Bell after the gym though.
