Yes. Based on the rules of the show.
The whole premise of the show is who america votes for. If they vote for the worst singer, oh well, that's how it goes.
If you mean should he be on the show based on his singing ability, well, obviously not.

Yes, the show is to see America's opinion, but it's un fair that talented people are getting kicked off of this for HIM?!
If he was a considerate person, he'd realized that a bunch of people that hate American Idol are just voting for him to piss everyone off, and he would disqualify himself from the show.

I think he sucks and can't sing his way out of a paperbag. BUT He probably will stay...because crappy singers win idol all the time....

No, but votefortheworst.com has people keeping him on(which is kinda funny) and all those 12 year old girls(my cousin is 12 and she doesn't have a crush on him)
