I am in England also, and it is now nearly 4am. I only need 3-5 hours sleep, I have been this way all my adult life. It does not worry me, no matter what time I go to bed, I am awake and up by 7am, anyway.

I have bouts of really bad insomnia too. However it's only 11:11 pm here (Canada) so I'm just on my way to bed (just waiting for my hair to dry so that it doesn't look like I electrified myself in the morning)

i like going to bed when im real tired so i have a very nice sleep......and then i wake up about 12-1 o'clock, just in time for dinner !!
