Yes to all the above. While you are still in residency and see everyone else on their own nice homes and you are still renting, you see everyone else working 8-5 and you are doind 24 and 36 hour shifts you do wonder if you have made the right decision. After you start in practice and you see that you have to work evenings and some weekends and you can't call in sick it makes you wonder again.

When you end up helping someone with your training youremember why you got into this. When you see that you actually saved someones life due to your intervention and you have the gratitude of his daughter it makes it all worth it.
