i am 4' 11' and weigh 140 pounds! i need to loss weight, FAST!!!

exercise 3-5 times per week (cardio)
weight lift every second day (muscle burns fat)

eat everything on small plates; smaller portions
(eat 500 calories less than you normally do)
don't eat foods high in calories (i.e. pizza, pasta)
drink 3-6 cups of water a day
eat from all food groups; just in moderation
use fruits and veggies and popcorn & pretzels as snacks (they have less calories than chips)
do not drink pop or juice

someone your height should weigh between:

89-119 ibs...

your goal weight for now should be 120 ibs... see how you feel after losing 20 pounds.

100% raw vegan diet. At your weight, if you go on the diet 100% and never cheat, and walk 2+ miles a day, 5 days a week, you can probably lose around 35 lbs in two months. You weight will quickly stabilize at the amount that is healthiest for your body if you go on this diet, get a good variety of foods, and eat enough. RAW fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and water only. You should drink 8+ glasses of water daily, and get at least 12 servings of food daily. You should take something like 5 or more smaller meals a day, instead of two or three larger ones.

A 100% raw vegan diet is the healthiest way for humans to eat. You may want to take a super b complex pill each day just to make sure that you are getting adequate amounts of your b vitamins, but this diet is still much healthier that any other way to eat. Exercise, Exercise, and Exercise! Eat healthy, walk, run, jump-n-jax, jump rope, walk your dog, swim!, play tennis, do anything to keep you active! Lower your calorie intake, and just be healthy! There is no easy way to lose weight, it takes time, but it will be worht it when it's overwith! Don't lose motivation! and good luck :)

you may weigh alot but do u look fat? and just watch what you eat. i bet half the people in the world or more are in the same boat as you. dont worry!

Ok just to let you know that isn't that much, go to the store and by a laxitive and eat only soup, it is called the diariha soup diet, it is gross but it works----good luck!!!!
