I feel prettier when I am in shape and exercising. Exercising increased endorphines in the brain and makes you feel good. Don't compare yourself to others. Find the beauty within and radiate it out. No matter what is on the outside, it's what's inside that matters the most. The media brainwashes us to think only thin is pretty. But Marilyn Monroe was a size 14. Studies show men actually prefer women to be curvy, not really thin. Try telling yourself positive things when you look in the mirror. I bet you are harder on yourself than anyone else.
