Is there any free advice?

Can anybody tell me of a lawyer in the Houston, TX area that will do free consultations or advice

Since the only thing lawyers have to offer clients is their time and advice, I suspect the free ones tend to go out of business before they learn enough for their advice to be worth listening to.

Look in the phone book. 50% of the lawyers listed offer free initiaql consults. Good Luck.

Contact the local Bar Association and ask about lawyers who do pro bono work. Most of us take a couple of free cases each year.
