I play basketball. When I feel tired in the middle of a crucial game, I can't concentrate and I get discourage. What should I do.

get plenty of sleep the day before the game. so much of sports is mental and if you are tired you can't focus and therefore not at the top of your game

Physically this is called lack of endurance. Psychologically this is giving up. Psyching yourself up that you can win the game even if it appears to be lossing helps. Remember that as long as the final buzzer has never been sounded the ball is round, you can still turn around. Also in a battle, it is not the lossing that will count in the end. It is how you play the game. Play your best game and remember always, whatever the results is, you did it your best, not by surrendering or being drained by others.
Physically do endurance practices, but the more draining is the psychological fatigue or feeling like a losser.

When you get tired, just imagine that you are playing the biggest game of your life in the NBA at the Finals. When I'm working out or something and when I get tired I think about Dragon Ball Z when the guys are powering up to raise their power levels to concentrate even more.
