Yes a number of them. Two things to point out though.

1)Crossing state lines to get around age of consent is a FEDERAL FELONY.

2)Be careful, while some states have lower age of consent laws, there can be a modifer requiring that the two parties be within X years age of each other. ie 16 is age of consent, but only with someone who is under age 21, otherwise age of consent becomes 18.

Lots of states have lower ages of concent for having sex. It varies from state to state and some have laws stating sexual contact between any minor and an adult is illegal.

However, in almost all states the age of majority is 18. That is the age the person must be to sign contracts, vote, and assume other adult responsiblities (the only exception is if a minor is granted emancipation by a judge). A person must be 18 to buy tobacco or to pose in nude photos no matter what.

I assume you are talking about consent for sexual relations. If so, then yes, most states' age of consent is under 18.
