My thoughts are that she is very pretty and could have her choice of MANY men but not ANY man.
To say you can have anyone is a bit too pompass in my book.
It almost sounded as if she were saying that she had the monopoly on beauty and could take any ones man if she wanted to.
But I could be wrong.

Yeah, I'd agree and say that's a pompous statement. It's one thing to be confident, quite another to be presumptuous. Confidence is a sexy attribute, but not when someone shoves it in your face that they could "have any man." Heads up for Salma, not every man desires dark haired short Latina women. No offense on dark haired short Latinas, because she really is beautiful, but if anyone I know personally actually said what Salma said, I'd call them a snobby biatch! And then I'd toss my highlighted blond hair around as I walked away!

Wow! I love Salma Hayek but that is a crazy statement to make. Conceited? She is beautiful but no woman can get any man. That's impossible. Years ago Madonna went after Antonio Banderas, who was married at the time to someone else (not Melanie Griffith). Antonio said no to Madonna, who also thought she could get any man. Salma is tripping!

IF that is all that she thinks about -- what a shallow, self-centered, nasty (ok ... I'll stop here -- because it implies that she is being paid for 'doing the deed).
Personally -- I am sure that many women would be THRILLED for her to take the irresponsible jerks off the scene ... would make it so much easier for those interested in finding a responsible, good, kind MAN out here!

I agree with most everyone here, it is conceited to brag about having 'ANY' guy you want. We all know that NO ONE is beautiful in the eyes of everyone, people have different tastes. As far as Salma Saying it, I expected more better from her, she seemed nice, but fame does screw you up..

im gonna have to agree.
every MAN from every race, religion, creed i have ever asked has had her on their top 10. thas a pretty big feat. i cant think of any other woman that gets as many nods as her from men.
check out the movie from dusk til dawn. she is pretty smokin.
