Loving someone and not having them love you back or loving someone, thinking they love you back for a while, and then find out they actually don't love you?

loving someone and thinking they love you back and finding out they don't by far. that really messes with your emotions

I believe it hurts more when you're in a relationship with someone that you love and believe they really love you but it turns out that they didn't. That basically means that they pretended to love you during that time period knowing in their heart they actually didn't have any love for you at all. As far as loving someone and not having them love you back...some people are just not as affectionate as others. It might be hard for them to show a person how they really feel about them.

I think it would be worse if you thought they had loved you and they didn't~Because if they never did love you, that way you haven't really lost them, because they never were "your's" in the first place:)
That "Better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all" is a bunch of bull sometimes;)

finding out they really didn't love you...I can love some one....even if they don't love me however in an intimate relationship....it is devastating to find out later ...that things are not the way you thought they were.......
