Do you have lumpy breasts? If yes, do you find it harder to do a self breast exam. Do you have any tips to make it easier to distinguish which lumps are ok and which aren't?

Yes, if it moves around (like your feeling it and lose it or it kinda disappears) and feels soft don't worry about them, if they are hard and don't move get it checked out. It's fibrous tissue, and there are all sorts of websites about it.

I just read recently that 80% of breast lumps are NOT cancerous. If you have lumpy breasts, ask your doctor for advice regarding how to perform a self-breast exam.

more than likely is calcium build up in your breasts, go to your doctor and he/she will do a breast exam on you and maybe refer you to go do a mammogram
