If you have questions about what to do, whether it is "which class should I take?" or "should I drop this class?" or "should I be planning for college and, if so, what kind of college?". Even if your friends are offering advice, and especially if you get conflicting information from them, it helps to get the basic information from the counselor.

yes, if you're suicidal, and feel crazy, go see the counselor.
However, if you're suicidal, but think logically, and are not going to commit suicide even though you think about it a lot. Don't go.
