If you worked a job for a relative and didn't get paid by paycheck, does this count as experience on a resume?

As long as they are willing to give you a reference and verify your work habits it does. If they aren't willing to support you, then don't bother.

Yes, count this for experience IF you got experience AND your relative will give you a referrence stating that you did what you say you did. Make sure you check with them AND they will be positive IF a potencial employer calls. The source for experience (even a relative) regardless of the source is more important than a blank on your resume!

Say you interned full time for x amount of time, and what your responsibilities were.
